Sports Massage Therapists

Meet your therapists…

Harriet Eaglestone
Sports Massage Therapist

Harriet is a level 4 Sport Massage Therapist, she qualified in level 3 Sport Massage in 2016 and then completed her level 4 Sport Massage Certificate in 2017. She has a keen interest in sacroiliac joint dysfunction and pelvic imbalanced. This is an area she would like to focus on in future studies. Harriet’s background is in rural activities and garden therapy, she comes from sheep farming background, this is still a passion for her, she feels her background has given her first hand experience of how the demands of the job and lifestyle influences the body. Harriet traveled to New Zealand at the end of 2017 for 3 months to learn about the culture differences in massage techniques, as well as exploring the other side of the world. She feels this has given her a more rounded skill base and is able to give a more diverse range of techniques tailored to the individual treatment. Since qualifying, Harriet has work at different levels of sport, her greatest achievement was working with North Hereford Pony Club Team at an International event, along with London Marathon Runners, as well as working with Local Level Rugby Players.
